STEK Paint Protection Film Installer in Dallas, TX
Tint Tek Plus is an authorized STEK PPF installer serving all of DFW with DynoShield self-healing paint protection film — the most advanced PPF on the market.
STEK has become one of the most trusted names in paint protection film, particularly among performance and luxury vehicle owners who refuse to compromise. STEK DynoShield's self-healing technology, deep optical clarity, and hydrophobic properties set a new standard for what PPF can do. Tint Tek Plus is one of the DFW metroplex's authorized STEK installation facilities.
Why We Choose STEK
We've tested and compared the leading brands in the industry. Here's why STEK earned a place in our shop.
True Self-Healing Technology
STEK DynoShield uses a proprietary topcoat that heals light scratches and swirl marks when exposed to heat (sun or warm water). In Dallas's sunny climate, this happens naturally, keeping the film looking new without intervention.
Industry-Leading Optical Clarity
STEK films are engineered with exceptional optical clarity — the film is virtually invisible on most paint colors. There's no orange peel texture, no yellowing over time, and no haze that would detract from your vehicle's finish.
Hydrophobic Surface Technology
STEK's surface repels water, road grime, bug splatter, and bird droppings with extraordinary effectiveness. Vehicles with STEK PPF are dramatically easier to clean and maintain their protected appearance longer.
10-Year Manufacturer Warranty
STEK backs their films with a 10-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking, bubbling, and delamination when installed by an authorized dealer. This is one of the strongest PPF warranties in the industry.

We carry the full STEK lineup. During your consultation, we'll recommend the right product for your vehicle and goals.

Yes — Tint Tek Plus is an authorized STEK installation facility in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Our installers are trained specifically on STEK's installation protocols to ensure proper adhesion, edge wrapping, and warranty compliance.
DynoShield has a gloss finish and is designed for vehicles with gloss paint. DynoMatte has a matte/satin finish designed to protect factory matte paint or give a matte appearance to gloss paint. Both have the same self-healing and protective properties.
STEK PPF pricing depends on coverage area and vehicle size. A full front-end package (bumper, hood, fenders, mirrors, headlights) typically ranges from $800–$1,500. Full-body PPF runs significantly higher. Call (972) 362-8468 for an exact quote.
Yes — light surface scratches in the STEK topcoat will visibly heal when warmed. In Dallas's sunny climate, parking in the sun for 20–30 minutes often heals light swirl marks from car washing. Deep scratches through the film will not self-heal.
STEK DynoShield carries a 10-year manufacturer warranty. With proper care and maintenance, many installations last beyond the warranty period without significant degradation.
